Available InternshipHR Intern

Key requirements / expectations:

  • to coordinate, support, and facilitate the HR operation from hiring, training and employee relation perspective;
  • career interest & plan in HR function
  • overall understanding on HR operations;
  • ability to demonstrate flexibility in daily operation;
  • good English and presentation skills that can represent RW corporate image at all times;
  • pro-active approach, confident, willing to perform exceed expectations;
  • able to work 3-4 days a week

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruiting

  • to support Recruiting team on candidate hiring, CV screening and selection;
  • to responsible for job posting on job websites, Linked-in; Weibo etc;
  • to effectively manage internal referral report
  • to provide on-board HR admin support, including but not limited to preparation of offer letters, employment contract, and employee qualifications.

·        2. TRAINING

  • to co-ordinate various training programs including:
  • Inductions Training
  • Core 1 Training
  • Monthly Special Topic Sharing
  • any other training or workshop
  • to provide training support including but not limited to materials preparation, feedback collection, facility co-ordination
  •

-HR工作充满兴趣,未来期望从事HR相关工作

-做事细心,有效率,学习能力强,抗压能力强,勤恳

-良好的沟通及协调能力

-内部员工招聘(job posting/CV screening/ phone interview/ interview/ campus hiring

-新员工入职培训支持

-人员入职离职记录

-合同管理

-admin工作
