    北京大学高等人文研究院(高研院,Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies,IAHS)于2009年经北京大学批准成立,是集学术研究、学术交流和人才培养于一体的研究与教学机构。

     

    高研院是北京大学重点支持的实体研究院,具有国际性与创新性的特点。有很好的发展平台。研究院开展文化中国、文明对话、世界伦理尤其是经济伦理的研究,研究资金雄厚,项目众多。院长杜维明教授是国际知名的儒学思想家,美国人文科学院院士,曾任哈佛燕京学社社长,致力于提携后进,帮助年轻人成长共同发展人文科学研究与实践。

    (1)高研院院长秘书

     

    职务描述:负责高研院院长杜维明先生的“学术交流与文稿编辑”等相关事务。主要有:

    1,辅助院长处理日常海内外往来邮件。2,安排院长学术交流的行程、联络与资料保存。3,处理院长讲座、学术会议等的组织与联系。4,辅助编辑院长的文章、讲稿、影像资料等,5辅助院长的教学事务。6,与行政助理协调学术活动所需要的后勤支持。

    编制:合同制

    Position Title: Secretary of Director of The Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies, PKU

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for assisting Director Tu Weiming with academic activities and manuscripts edit.

    1. Check and reply director’s daily mails and emails.
    2. Manage director’s academic activities schedule, contacts and documents.
    3. Organize academic conferences and lecturers.
    4. Edit director’s papers, scripts and video materials.
    5. Support director’s classes and teaching.
    6. Coordinate with administrative assistant and offer support upon demand.

    职务描述:负责处理高研院的“行政报文和院务会议”等相关事务。主要有:1,辅助院

    长处理行政报表、审批材料等事务。2,辅助院长举办院务会议等。3,提供高研院学术交流时的各种后勤事务。4,提供讲座、学术会议等需要的食宿等支持。5,辅助高研院出版、教学等过程中的行政事务。6,负责高研院固定资产的采购与管理。7,汇总高研院的档案与资料数据。

    Responsible for arranging IAHS’s administrative meetings and document.

    1. Manage administrative reports and materials for examination and approval.
    2. Assist in holding administrative meetings.
    3. Offer support for IAHS’s academic activities.
    4. Arrange accommodations during lectures and academic conferences.
    5. Deal with administrative matters of IAHS’s publishing and teaching.
    6. Purchase and manage IAHS’s capital assets.
    7. Collect IAHS’s materials and documents.
