Position: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT 岗位描述：行政助理

Beijing, China

 

Job Description

* Answer phone calls and receive visitors

* Arrange trip schedules i.e. book tickets, hotels, cars and restaurants etc.

* Maintain office supplies: water, electricity, food, paper, delivery, PC, clothes etc.

* Renew all the company licenses including the Business License, Custom Registration, the Organization Code Certificate, and the Exit-entry Registration etc. and support the annual check.

* Prepare visa for both Italian & Chinese colleagues and assist to get the working permit & residence certificate for foreign patriates

* Documentation work for all the company files, reports, contracts etc.

* Documentation work requested by the customers such as to send out catalogues, to register for installations, to provide date requested for Custom clearance etc.

* Daily bookkeeping as a cashier to maintain original receipts, prepare travel reimburses and keep all the records, follow the bank like withdraw cash, make payments, collect credits, transfer EUR, foreign currency in& out declaration, monthly balance check up etc. ,issue invoices& VAT certification

* Other supporting works requested, i.e. tradeshows or seminars

 

Main Skills required

* New college graduate with bachelor’s degree

* Female

* Being fluent in English to assist local people in dealing with Italy

* Being enthusiastic and proactive

* Being fast in execution

* Structured and well organized

* Natural communication ability - within the team, to management and with clients

* Be a self-starter, serious, reliable and capable
