系统工程师-培训生 / Systems Engineer -Trainee
Education required:
Master degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanics or equivalent;
Competencies required:
- Knowledge of mechanical / Pneumatic systems and components for railway vehicles
- Knowledge of National/International standards, norms and regulations
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and components for railway vehicles
- Commissioning, operation and maintenance of railway vehicles
- MS-Office - Professional / AutoCAD / PLM
- Fluent English both oral and written
Job Responsibilities：
- System engineering of mechanical / pneumatically brake systems for mainline or mass transit rolling stock in cooperation with the customer during complete project lifecycle from bidding phase to warranty phase
- Guide and advice customer to satisfy their requirements based on KB system guidelines

Education required:

- Development of brake mechanical equipment which fulfill the project specification and Knorr-Bremse concept and product optimization
- Preparation of product/manufacturing related documentation and time & cost estimation

- Performing of technical analysis and creating related documentation in case of customer complaints

热负荷计算工程师-培训生/ Thermal Calculation Engineer-Trainee
Education required:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical, friction material or railway vehicle
Competencies required:
- Experience in Thermal calculation, friction material
- Good at problem solving and decision making

Job Responsibilities：
- Performing Thermal calculation of friction couple using KB specific software T701 according to Thermal calculation guideline
- Collect friction material performance information from System engineer, Commissioning engineer and AM service engineer
- Performing technical specification translation and Support Bogie application engineer analysis customer specifications, prepare and coordinate the comments of the internal design departments
- Coordinate with development between internal design departments and internal/external customer for friction material proposal.
- Calculation of wear lifetime and optimization of blending concepts to maximize brake discs and pads lifetime.
- Coordinate with system engineer and internal testing department to prepare Dyno-test specification
- Other tasks assigned by the R/BES manager
