爱克发(无锡)印版有限公司是由比利时的爱克发－吉华公司和深圳兄弟公司共同投资在无锡成立的合资公司。爱克发－吉华公司是世界著名的模拟和数码影像系统及产品的生产商, 产品主要用于印艺、医疗影像、无损伤探测、工业影像及消费影像领域。

爱克发(无锡)印版有限公司于2002年3月成立, 总投资5000万欧元, 于2003年9月正式生产, 公司主要生产和销售高技术含量的数码印版及其它印刷版材并为上述产品提供优质服务, 产品面向爱克发全球市场, 最终达到约75%的出口率。

Service & Technical Support Engineer(1名)

Requirements
· Degree / Diploma in printing engineering or related major
· Fluent English, good at both spoken and written English
· Mechanical Maintenance and application support experience, preferably in Digital Printing / Printing Industry, but NOT a must
· Good communications skill with conversational English
· Good team-player with Positive Working Attitude
· Good reporting in professional way to HQ on substrate, inks, PH, UV technology
· Able to work to meet tight schedule if necessary
· Knowledge of Inkjet Technology. E.g. Printheads, UV/LED UV
· Troubleshooting on Substrate Handling
· CMS knowledge is preferable
· Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Photoshop, RIP
· Immediate / Short Period of Notice available is highly preferred

Responsibilities
·Handling different substrates on UV printing engines.
· Focus on testing UV inks with the various PH, UV/ LED UV
· Responds to field requests with a sense of urgency
· Corresponding between customers requirement and internal team members
· Communicate with HQ, Local Team members to align the customer expectation
