2.Work with assembly line development engineer to support on current assembly line development activities.
3.Work together with maintenance team to solve the machine problem.
4.Involve in a project, and take part of responsibility to develop assembly line.
5.Identify potential for work improvement, work on CIP activities
6.Work on other task or duties as assigned.

Your key responsibilities
1.Take an active part in developing power tools in cooperation with the development teams in Asia and Europe.
2.Secure and improve the reliability and customers benefit our tools by developing and implementing appropriate testing
procedures and simulation methods.
3.Building up sound competence regarding technical/physical function of the tools and their test methods to ensure to right interpretation of test results for power tools regarding function and reliability in different applications.
4.Find and use suitable methods to measure, analyze, interpret and find deviations from desired conditions and tools strengths weaknesses.
5.Report all results and findings and give recommendations for improvements, further actions and design adaptions to the design team.
6.Building up test infrastructure and competence in Shanghai and synchronize the results with European standards.
7.Take necessary steps to ensure proper planning and management of the tests. Review and clarify accuracy of specifications in
test procedures coming from Development Center.
8.Conduct a comprehensive technical review of our product and make comparison tests with other Hilti and competitor products
