三 应聘职位

APAC Legal Intern (亚太区法务部门实习生-5个月)

Provide support for entity review project and paralegal issues for Corp legal department.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance in Corp governance and entity management work

Assist with internal legal document filling and records maintenance via internal legal system

Conduct first round contract reviewing and drafting, and legal researches

Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Candidate would be trained in terms of internal legal policy and company structure

 

Requirements:

Postgraduate will be perfected.

University degree in law or equivalent

Good legal and analytic skills and judgment skills

Familiarity with Chinese laws and government regulations

Good written/ Oral English.

Good sense of responsibilities and attention to details, with commitment to tasks

Have a can-do attitude and be a team player

Can work around 3 days per week

Can work 5-6 months.
