Job Description:
1. Implement sourcing strategy of professional service
2. Be responsible of sourcing working to tackle cost reduction program, include negotiation， contract management, bidding, RFQ, PR transaction.
3. Be responsible of supplier management and supplier strategy, including new supplier introduction, supplier qualification, supplier rating and assessment, supplier business review.
4. Support purchasing request from stakeholders
5. Support goods or service delivery
6. Work with Global procurement team
Qualifications:
1. Education background: bachelor degree
2. Major in: business or trade related
3. Working experience: no requirement
4. Computer skill: good
5. Language ability: fluent written and oral English
