一、MEMS开发高级工程师

 

学历要求：本科以上，工作年限：二年以上。

 

职位描述:

 

工作职责：

1. 负责新型MEMS器件开发

2. 设计，建模，模拟和评估MEMS器件

3. 开发MEMS器件的封装和检测工艺

4. 优化各种资源和供应链

5. 与电路设计人员配合协同开发ASIC电路

6. 联系、协调工艺平台，制备新型MEMS器件样品

7. 解决设计、工艺上的问题，改进、优化设计方案

 

职位要求：

1. 本科或研究生学位，MEMS、微电子、机械工程，或相关专业

2. MEMS设计和工艺方面的专业知识和技能

3. 熟悉CoventorWare、Intellisuite、TannerPro、Comsol等专业软件

4. 熟悉MEMS器件的封装和检测

5. 有主持开发MEMS产品的经验

6. 有创新精神，思路开阔

7. 人际沟通能力强，有团队工作精神

8. 熟练使用英语进行交流

 

 

二、RFIC Design Engineer                                                                                                                  

学历要求：硕士，招聘人数:2

职位描述:

 

Candidate Profile:

 

1. Master or Ph.D of Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

2. Familiar with semiconductor process technology including Si CMOS, BiCMOS. An understanding of typical III-V (GaAs/InP/GaN) technologies is not required, but would be beneficial.

3. Demonstrate skills in analog and RF/Microwave circuit design theory, techniques and principles, with the ability to engage in effective communication with experts in these fields.

4. Understanding and ability to use a variety of simulation techniques and tools appropriate to the problem, including EM, Harmonic Balance/Pseudo-Steady State, Transient, Convolution, and Linear analysis. Possess experience in using industry standard EDA tools, including Cadence and Agilent ADS.

5. Skilled in full front-to-back design flow including initial literature search through layout and design verification including LVS and DRC.

6. Experience with 2-D and 3-D EM Simulation tools.

7. Experience/familiarity with RF circuit building blocks e.g. LNA, Switch, PA, etc.

8. Knowledge of practical test and characterization of circuits including on-wafer test and calibration.

9. Good written and verbal communication skills required and ability to work in a team environment.

 

Candidate Responsibility:

 

- Perform circuit design through schematic definition and simulation Cadence SpectreRF and Agilent ADS

- Responsible for floor-planning and physical design

- Complete layout and layout verification (DRC/ERC/LVS) including parasitic extraction using industry standard tools and techniques (e.g. Assura, VAVO.)

- Top level performance verification and closure/compliance report against the requirements specification

- Perform analysis of design variability using appropriate statistical techniques for design centring, performance compensation and increased yield.

- Organize, lead, and participate in design reviews with peers and Technical Specialists.

- Documentation of all aspects in the product development process.

- Direct the design and layout of RF circuit and test boards.

- Assess, debug and measure silicon in the laboratory.

- Perform EM simulations for the on-chip components, packaging and PCB board structures.

- Support other engineering functions including test, characterization and product industrialization.

 

 

 

三、RF Antenna Engineer

 

学历要求：硕士

 

职位描述:

 

Candidate Profile:

 

1. MS or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics

2. Familiar with antenna theory, simulation and test. Experience with cell phone antennas is highly preferred.

3. Understanding and ability to use a variety of simulation techniques and tools appropriate to the problem, including EM, HFSS, CST and EMpro.

4. Knowledge of practical test and characterization of antennas.

5. Experience/familiarity with RF circuit building blocks e.g. LNA, Switch, PA, etc. is a plus.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills required and ability to work in a team environment.

7. An independent and highly motivated individual with a professional attitude

 

Candidate Responsibility:

 

1. Define engineering requirements for antennas for mobile phone applications.

2. Manage antenna creation via suppliers.

3. Organize, lead, and participate in design reviews with peers and Technical Specialists.

4. Write documents of all aspects in the product development process.

5. Direct the design and layout of antenna test boards.

6. Assess, debug and measure antenna in the laboratory.

7. Support other engineering functions including test, characterization and product industrialization.
