Recruit and develop future business leaders by align with the HR strategy to get, keep and grown fresh talent. Current focus is the Post-90‘s Generation with passion in retail and grow with the company. If we got them then we got the future leaders. As a effective supplement channels for the social recruiting, campus could plays an important role for talent pipeline.
职位说明：
Our expectation is that successful hires in this program will be functional leaders inside our business within ten years. We will be able to offer opportunities in the following areas:
• Finance
• Compliance and Food Safety
• Property Management
• Supply Chain – Distribution Center
Entrants into the program will participate in a comprehensive training & induction program that, when combined with targeted on the job training, will create the next generation Walmart China Leader.
任职资格：
Students who will graduate by June 2014.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
• Proficiency in fluent English (CET 6 and above).
• Excellent communication skill and strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hardworking, thoughtful and good learner.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
