Job Title:Finance Admin
Location:Ningqiao Road
Department:Finance ,APAC Alcatel-Lucent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the department
- Make, screen and answer calls, transmit message, arrange meetings, make appointments, book airlines and hotels, receive VIP
- Check expense vouchers
- Collect travel request form and get approval
- Prepare, record and file documents
- Daily administrative and secretarial duties
- Formal letter writing in Chinese and in English
- Setting up & maintenance of contact database
- Manage incoming emails of Executive
Applicants should possess:
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills and mature personality
- multinational corporation working environment, preferably working with senior executives
- Good knowledge in Office tools (Word and Powerpoint), Notes system
- Can work 4-5 days/week and at least 6 months.
