JobDescription:
1. Data and Headcount analysis, reporting and presentation
2. Training Project preparation and coordination
3. Followup with on-boarding and off-boarding process
4. Office administration and filing
5. Phone coverage and client support plus other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
1. Workwith high efficiency and be able to adapt quickly to a multi-task workingenvironment
2. Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
3. Attention to details and a good team player
4. Available for full time work at least 4 days a week and last for one year
5. Goodat MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
6. Fluentin both oral and written English
