For our Industry Sector, we are looking for a Team Assistant in Fuzhou.

What are my responsibilities?

1)understand Industry business process, including different business line OEM/Area/GB/DM and etc.). Understand products and service offered by different BU and operating companies of Industry. Understand standard process of service of Industry. Assist sales deal with pre/after service of customer.Prepare quotation of standard product, answering relevant question of customer when sales is not avaiable at office. Submit or forward customer question to relevant people.了解工业业务流程。包括团队内各个业务组（OEM/Area/GB/DM等)的销售的业务分工。了解Industry各个BU及各个运营公司所能提供产品与服务的主要内容。了解Industry标准售前售后服务流程。根据所掌握的知识在销售人员不在办公室时协助协调/处理客户的售前售后事宜、在销售人员电话指导下协助标准产品报价、回答客户相关问题、将相关客户事宜提交相关销售、BU（产品经理，运营公司），技术支持部门处理。协助管理团队产品样本资料。

2)Responsible for collection of weekly/monthly report and monthly sales data collection and preparation.Assist sales to finish customer file such as SPV(customer relationship management software). 负责收集各个业务组销售的周工作计划，月报及每月销售数据收集整理、归纳。协助销售完成相关客户档案、协助提高客户档案的完整性。

3)Understand Industry controlling procedure. Assist to follow voucher 了解Industry商务控制流程。协助管理销售日常开支报销流程。了解Industry商务签字级别授权，业务费用审批流程。提高团队日常商务控制效率。

4)Assist relevant market promotion activity, roadshow, customer seminar and internal meeting, team building arrangement协助相关销售组织的市场推广活动，产品路演，客户会议以及内部会议、团队建设活动的安排事项。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- At least 2 years relevant working experience in foreign enterprise

- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, PowerPoint).

- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks

- Proficient in Spoken & Written English

- Proactive and self-driven

- Customer oriented
