招聘岗位①：Process Engineer 工艺工程师  2名

Main accountabilities:
--Improve production process and production flow to improve quality and efficiency;

--Definition of the manufacturing process for process changes;

--Advice and approval of the tool drawing in new fabrications and modifications;

--Management of startup phase of tools and equipment till serial production stage;

--Preparation of specification documents necessary for production 
(such as working instructions, production documents, machine settings data sheet etc,.)

--Participation in risk assessment;

--Participation in process- and machine capability studies;

--Cooperation with the development in the formative stages of new Products;

--Optimization of existing products and processes;

--Development of solutions for process engineering problems;

--Improve of processes to achieve process capability;

--Measures to reduce scrap-adjusted quantity;

--Implementation of employee training;

--Participate in the processing corrective actions.


Requirements:

--Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering is preferred;

--Sufficient knowledge of process technology and machinery;

--Good communication and team player;

--Familiar with handrail production, design, handrail components;

--Trouble shooting and quality management.

招聘岗位②：Customer service  客服专员  1名

Job description:

-Sales order handling, logistic and commercial documentation service to customer, 
and internal coordination;

-First point of contact for the customer: general information, quotations,
 orders, delivery times, proforma invoice, stock information;

-Order entry into K3-System: contract review of existing products, order planning
 (capacitive planning);

-Matching and clarification of requested delivery times with production planning 
and sales responsible;

-Preparation of contract documentations (order confirmation, production order, 
delivery note); tracking of delivery time fulfillment; Responsible for order 
quality: "Terms & Conditions";

-Check of credit rating for new customers: Obtaining information from finance. 
Handling of documentary collections, payment advise; 
Preparation of debit and credit notes; 
Implementation of various inventory booking in K3 Ordering of trading goods;
Conduction of turnover statistics Post and mail service; issuance of travel applications
 (including billing), site visit applications, manufacturer's certificates forwarding of 
invoices for the purpose of payment to finance;

-Trigger test reports for current orders by quality; 
Creating and blocking part numbers; Ordering of samples / brochures / promotional gifts / 
catalogs or even compiling, packing and shipping of such;

-Export transportation logistics; Export documents, including customs, 
foreign exchange, certificate original, mailing of invoices and documents;

-Ensure order confirmation and delivery coordination;

-Cross check order and delivery information;

-Support sales manager for commercial customer service.

Requirement:

-College above degree required

-Good Janpanese and computer sufficiency, excellent external and internal 
communication and coordination, precise and number oriented, 
sales and customer oriented, knowledge of order planning, 
problem solving skill are required
