General Summary of the Purpose of the Position

The position will maintain and develop software applications for testing microelectronic circuits, and monitoring/controlling manufacturing processes. In addition, this person will troubleshoot electronic test failures using a manufacturing test system and/or development tools and equipment.? The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in developing Windows and web based applications for automated electronic manufacturing testing and shop floor product tracking and control.

?

Approach and Deployment (What to Do&How to Do It)

1. Develop and validate automated test sequences for new products.

1.1?? Work with HQ test engineering to develop HP, Multiup& ATS test sequences, analyze test data, and perform test sequence debug.

?

2. Define and document standardized test software validation procedure and flow chart.

2.1?? Generate test software validation flow and document the procedure and flow chart.

?

3. Develop software for automating test data collection and analysis.

3.1?? Develop software tools for test data collection, report generation and support error free development in test area.

?

4. Perform low yield analysis and electrical failure analysis on all new & mass production products.

4.1?? Analyze products test data and electrical test rejects, perform failure analysis on electrical level and provide solid suggestion on next level physical FA or improvement.

?

5. Monitor and contribute to the improvement of test efficiency, tester intermittent, and overall tester performance.

5.1?? Monitor tester performance, perform correlation test, find unstable test of test hardware and software, and improve tester performance.

·???????? Meet the original delivery dates for implementing new hardware and software.

·???????? Provide recommendations to manager on microcircuit test stations.

·???????? Achieve project goals.

·???????? Addressing strategy map goals.

·???????? Check and verify quality.

·???????? Support corporate health and safety objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum education, certification and experience requirements:

Education:

At least a 4-year college degree in Computer Engineering/Science or other related fields.

Knowledge

·???????? Working knowledge of and IIS web service platform

·???????? Visual Basic/ software development experience is a must.

·???????? Knowledge of test and measurement equipment and its automation

·???????? Basic circuit functions and electronics design and manufacturing processes

·???????? Analog /digital communication, RF & wireless fundamentals

Skills & Abilities

·???????? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·???????? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English

·???????? Ability to work on several assignments simultaneously

·???????? Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Normal office and microelectronics lab conditions.? Some travel expected to work directly with key domestic and international customers and vendors.
