What are my responsibilities?
1. Create, maintain and archive user documents (e.g. installation instructions, user manuals, data sheets etc.) for HVAC products in close collaboration with R&D, marketing functions, as well as global tech doc team.
与研发人员、市场部门和总部文档团队密切协作，完成用户文档（例如安装指南、用户手册及技术参数文档等）的撰写、维护和存档。
2. Work as part of product development project team, think ahead of schedule and provide resolutions to potential risks on documentation work.
参与产品研发项目，对文档工作进行潜在风险预测并提供解决方案。
3. Ensure correctness in both English and Chinese, terminology, technical standards, documentation standards and corporate design standards.
确保文档在中英文语言、术语、技术标准，文档标准以及企业设计标准方面准确无误。
4. Create and maintain terminology in database in collaboration with PM and R&D engineer.
通过与产品经理和研发工程师协作，在术语库中进行术语的输入及维护。
5. Creates and maintains the relevant product documents in the databases, or ensures others do.
在文档库中进行相关产品文档的存储及维护，或者确保他人完成。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Advanced language competency, at similar level of TEM-8.
优秀的语言能力，英语达到专业八级水平。
2. Must have perfect understanding of technical Chinese. Good sense of language expression, clear concise expression style.
优秀的技术词汇理解力。语言表达清晰准确。
3. Careful and particular, and very good attention to details and correctness.
细致、专注，对细节和纠错有较高的敏感度。
4. Good time management ability.
良好的时间管理能力。
5. Preferably engineering experience or technical training in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or good ability to understand technologies.
有工程经验者优先；在机械或电气电子工程领域接受过培训者优先；技术理解能力强者优先。
6. Required expertise in text tools like MS Word
精通文字处理工具，如 MS Word。
7. Preferred knowledge of graphic tools (i.e. Corel Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML, XML.
了解制图工具（Corel Designer、Photoshop、Illustrator 等）和 HTML、XML 知识者优先。
8. Must have at least bachelor level, engineering background preferred but not required.
本科学历以上，工科背景优先。
