Signal Integrity Engineer （电磁与微波专业博士）
工作地点Location：深圳
岗位职责Roles and Responsibilities：
?
Responsible
for high speed modeling, characterization and simulation of optical transmission
components, providing package design solution.
?
Responsible
for optical transceiver level signal/power integrity and EMC modeling,
characterization and simulations including PCB, optical components and ICs.
?
Analyze
the simulation results and provide the innovation suggestions to the electronics
and package design teams.
?
Contribute
to high speed specification development of different products and
subcomponents. Provide guideline for package designers, PCB board layout
engineers and chip designers.
?
Debug
and solve the related signal/power integrity and EMC problems in products.
岗位要求Job Qualifications:
?
Ph.D.
in electromagnetic theory and microwave theory.
?
Strong
fundamentals of transmission lines, EM and microwave theory.
?
Understand
the basics of high speed optical transmission components and modules.
?
Experience
with VNA and TDR measurements for channel characterizations.
?
Experience
in using 2-D and 3-D EM tools such as HFSS, Empro, and ADS.
?
Experience
in using simulations tools such as Hspice, MATLAB, Spectre or ADS.
?
Effective
communication and team player
