Support Engineer
Job Description
· As first line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution according customer service request
· Investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot on systems that are in operation
· Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations
· Implementation of proactive maintenance activities, e.g.: software patch package loading, parameter adjusting and so on
· Participate in technical discussing meeting with customer
· Often travel domestically or internationally and work in different cultural environments
Qualification Criteria
· Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
· Interest in technical work, enjoy with technical study; be capable of work during night shift
· Good communication ability and presentation skill
· Fluent in English, both oral and written
· Work experience within the telecom or similar industry will be plus
