Shipping Officer

船务操作：

Requirement：

1、GuangZhou Resident. University graduate and Major in Logistics /International Trading preferred. Fluent both in written and spoken English (CET4 or above)
2、Able to work independently & efficiently
3、Confident, organized, and self motivated, able to work under pressure.
4、Skillful in Computer system and software (Windows, Office, Photoshop, Excel, Word, etc...)
5、Good Communication skills, integrity & teamwork.
6、1 year or above relevant experience.
7、Good knowledge of shipment (FCL,LCL,COPY GOODS), custom policy, international trading clause, Good sourcing ability with China forwarder and truck company.

Responsibility：

A: Responsible for finding / appointing forwarding agents.

B: Make shipment bookings with shipping lines and forwarders and follow up.

C: Execute shipments.

D: Check and buy insurance for export shipments.

E: Co-ordinate with Export managers.

F: Participate in shipment planning and loading plan

G: Supervise export staff, assist them to prepare all export documents in time and send to head office/customers etc.

船务操作：

要求：

1、广州市户口。大学本科或物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业。能流利用英文沟通与书写。（英语4级或以上）

2、能独立有效地完成工作。

3、有自信、服从组织和自我推动精神，能承受工作压力。

4、能熟悉运用电脑程序和软件（(Windows, Office, Photoshop, Excel, word等)。

5、有良好的工作沟通能力和团队精神。

6、1年或相关工作经验。

7、对船务有一定认识（FCL,LCL,COPY GOODS）,熟悉国际贸易政策，善于与运输公司沟通。

职责：

A：善于物识运输供应商。

B：制作预定船期安排和运输跟进。

C：确保船期能如期运输。

D：制作、购买出口货物保险。

E：配合出口经理完成工作。

F：装船计划等制作。

G：监督出口部，并协助出口完成出口文件并发送邮件至总公司或客人。
