In coping with the rapid growth of China and Asia Pacific markets, ADEKOM had established a joint venture factory in China during the late 90`s. This not only resulted in reducing the products delivery lead time, but also improved customer satisfaction by providing the best compressor packages in accordance with the regional operating environment.

General Manager Assistant (2 people):

1. Female, full-time undergraduate degree from 211/985 series universities, with fluent oral English speaking and writing abilities (especially good at communicating with foreign clients);

2. Work well in a team environment, outgoing character, strong coordination ability, good interpersonal and efficient self-management skill;

3. Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese; 

4. Major in economic or law with high analytical ability preferred.

Treatment and Salary:

1.Probation periodof internship over 3 months:600yuan/month

2.Have opportunity to become a regular worker after graduation, which is judged by KPI during the internship

3.Salary of a regular worker(bachelor) : over 3000 yuan

4.Provide board and lodging

总经理助理2名：

1.女性，全日制重点大学本科或以上学历，英语文书流畅口语流利，特别是在中英互译方面，能与国外客户进行流利交流。

2.性格和谐外向，有亲和力，有较强的统筹协调能力、人际交往能力，办事效率高；

3.具有优秀的文案写作能力及处理能力；

4.主修法学、经济学类专业且具分析能力强应届毕业生优先。

待遇薪资：
实习试用期3个月：600元/月；
毕业后有机会转正，视实习期KPI成绩厘定。
本科生转正薪资3000以上。
