Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role. In this role, you will:

To effectively handle all credit related transactions and maintenance;
To prepare internal and external regulatory returns accurately and timely;
To independently handle customer’s enquires on transactions related matters;
To safe keep operational files and security documents;
To handle other tasks arranged by department.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor Degree, with strong communication skills, including good written and spoken English;
Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software;
Strong sense of responsibility,self-commitment and able to work under pressure;
Customer service mindset and teamwork player;
Hard working, patient and flexible;
Detail-Oriented and good comprehension.
