we are looking for a senior sales for Medium and low voltage products in SHA.
What are my responsibilities?
Fulfill the team and individual sales target in assigned customer/segment/region.
Establish and maintain adequate relationship with assigned customers at all levels and build up long term business relation with the customers in the assigned field
Identifies and tracks LMV business opportunities with the customer as well as creates and updates sales plan
Focus on but not limited to the projects in the customers related to LMV products, not only the new construction but also the existing system function maintaining
Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion( i.e workshops, seminara roadshow and etc ), guide the customer and make added value to the customer
Analysis the activities and behaviors of competitor and report to superior and take adequate actions plan
Provide sufficient report to superior including customer status, project status, sales forecast, sales volume and workplan
Coordinate the postsales service in the customer as the account manager, be the interface between Siemens and the customer
Organize and support all LMV business unit and JV's activity in the customer organization
Establish and maintain adequate relationship with DIs at all levels and build up long term business cooperation with the DIs in the assigned field
Support Siemens to achieve required EBIT
A What do I need to qualify for this job?
Min. 5 years sales experience
Sales support experiences and technical background will be a plus
Basic team leading experiences and partnership management
Working experiences in other companies in the area is preferred.
Collaboration with international teams will be a plus.

The Siemens Low and Medium Voltage Division serves the entire product, system, and solution business for the power distribution infrastructure of public utilities, municipal utilities, and industrial facilities. The Division is responsible for providing reliable power supply equipment for conventional and regenerative power plants as well as intelligent, compact switching stations for distribution networks in metropolitan and rural areas. In addition, the Division supplies energy-efficient solutions for the integration of renewable energy and energy storage in the grid.
