Job Description:
1. After-Sales Repair:
1)Responsible for providing after sales maintenance service and repairing for Beijer HMI series products.
2)Timely response and deal with the customer quality question and complaint.
3)Updates repair documents and input information to HQ maintenance website.
2. Technical Support:
1)Deal with customers's product application technical problems.
2) Assist the sales and marketing department to provide techincal Q&A to clients.
3)Provide ongoing programming technical training and updates to customers and distributors.
3. Product Communication:
1)Work on product quality, function verification and development with Sweden and Taiwan R&D, PM, Technical Support and all related team.
Requirements for Job:
1. College degree or above, major in engineering, related to electrical or industrial automation is preferred.
2. Have electrical circuit knowledge and be familiar with the application of PLC and Industrial cofiguration software. Related experience is preferrd.
3. Good computer theoretical basis and good learning ability.
4. Can grasp English writing skill, has certain English reading ability.
5. Pursue a long-term occupation target, eager to develop well in inustrial automation control field.
6. Be carefully and diligently, has strong willpower and good executive ability.
工作职责:
1. 售后维修:
1) 负责对人机系列产品的售后维修工作;
2) 及时响应和处理客户提出的品质相关问题和投诉;
3) 负责维修相关文档的更新和在总部维修网站中登入维修信息;
2. 技术支持:
1) 协助客户解决产品应用中遇到的技术问题;
2) 协助销售和市场部门更新产品技术相关的资料文档提供客户;
3) 向客户和分销商提供持续的技术培训和更新;
3. 产品沟通:
1) 与瑞典总部和中国台湾工厂的研发团队,产品经理,技术服务团队以及所有相关部门就关于产品缺陷问题、功能验证及开发需求保持紧密沟通与合作。
工作要求:
1.全日制专科及以上学历,工科相关专业,电气或自动化相关专业优先
2.了解电路知识、PLC和工业组态软件。有相关经验者优先
3.良好的计算机理论基础和学习能力
4.能够掌握英语书写能力,有一定的英语阅读能力
5.追求长期的职业目标,有意愿在工控自动化领域取得良好的发展
6.认真仔细,顽强的意志力和良好的执行力
