Duties: Operation Trainee <!--[if !supportLists]-->1- <!--[endif]-->Recruitment, training, admin management. <!--[if !supportLists]-->2- <!--[endif]-->IT need analysis, execution, management. <!--[if !supportLists]-->3- <!--[endif]-->Compensation & benefits proceed. <!--[if !supportLists]-->4- <!--[endif]-->All documents management and law checking. <!--[if !supportLists]-->5- <!--[endif]-->Purchase, performance calculation, financial proceeding. <!--[if !supportLists]-->6- <!--[endif]-->Operational Database management.
Requirement: <!--[if !supportLists]-->1- <!--[endif]-->English: CET-6 (430 points+) or IELTS (5.5+) or TOFEL 80 points+). <!--[if !supportLists]-->2- <!--[endif]-->GPA(大学考试平均分数) 70 points+ <!--[if !supportLists]-->3- <!--[endif]-->More than 6 months internship experience in the enterprise, NGP, NPO or other society organizations. <!--[if !supportLists]-->4- <!--[endif]-->Detail oriented. Really care about the details and trifles management. Can make everything neat. Sensitive on the numbers and data. <!--[if !supportLists]-->5- <!--[endif]-->Result oriented. No excuse but result, no more talking but working. <!--[if !supportLists]-->6- <!--[endif]-->Team work. Can sacrifice to contribute for the team. Full-heart working for the team.
