Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role.
In this role, you will:

1. To file the department related documents in a systematic order
2. To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
3. To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send
out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order
4. To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction
5. To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM take charge of what received and deliver to related person
6. To handle ITT for counter
7. To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking
8. To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies

  

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) holder

2. General understanding of Banking Operations and retail products
3. Understanding of local rules and regulations
4. Good communication skills with internal/external customers
5. Self-disciplined, motivated and well-organized
6. Acceptable verbal and writing English
