主要工作职责
1. 变革管理 (Change Management) 。因应市场环境和商业环境的变化，保持不断变革。变革管理项目包括架构调整、战略规划、组织文化建设、领导力提升等，致力于增强组织结构、进程、战略、人员和文化之间的一致性，发展组织的自我更新能力。
2.培训与开发 (Training & Development) 。将员工培训与发展结合在一起并形成人才发展体系,配合支持相对高端岗位的人才管理体系，打造基于企业胜任力模型的战略培训模式。
3.人才管理 (Talent Management) 。包含关键绩效员工管理、职业生涯规划、继任者计划、管理培训生等管理项目。鉴于组织发展及战略规划要求，称谓员工的快速提升通道。
4.绩效管理 (Performance Management) 。打造完整的规范化高绩效企业。关注绩效沟通和提升，切实地将绩效管理作为一个管理和发展的工具和保障战略执行的手段。
实习要求：
1、 在校研究生二年级
2、 人力资源、心理学、工商管理、市场营销、管理类等专业
3、 每周至少能实习三天以上
实习优秀者将有留用的机会。
职位说明 JD
Position: OD, HR Advisor, Corporate
Report to: OD Manager, HR
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of the company’s current stage based on information gathered from diversified channels
- Contribute to the development of the organization development programs to fulfil the short-term and/or long-term ambitions of the organization
- Monitor the implementation of organization development programs, and collect data needed to prepare a report
- Coordinate with different shareholders such as front-line managers on a project by project basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in HR or Business Administration related
- Good understanding in HR knowledge
- Good communication skill and presentation skill, and Accessibility of reading English
- Open minded, team player, and skillful in MS Office applications
