职位描述

Emerson’s Little Hammer program is an accelerated development program for newly engineer graduates. In this 5 month program, you will experience the following:
- Global business practices from a Fortune 500 company
- Mentoring from designed Emerson leader
- Emerson’s global training program for soft and technical skills
- Knowledge of leading product technology and production methodologies
- Jobs and projects in various functions on a rotation basis
- Intensive final project and presentation that applies everything you’ve learned
After successful completion of the Little Hammer program, candidates will have first opportunity to seek open positions within our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor or above to new grads majoring in Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Automation, Materials, Electronics or within one year working experience.

2. Excellent written and oral in both English and Chinese communications.
3. Excellent coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
