Job Description
Position: Admin Assistant, Intern
Major Responsibility:
(Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
1. Ensures completion of paperwork, help engineers get signature on time.
2. Paper work: Headcount by month, Engineering Headcount Budget, AP Engineering Org. chart, Engineering Project work Flow, office monthly cost, engineering travel cost, engineering timing tracking.
3. Document control: document release, CN track, work flow and standard control.
4. TS Audit, OHS Audit, Monthly SOT Audit.
5. Documents Translation.
6. Facility management and make sure the office consumable materials' standard and on time supply.
7. Responsible for office maintenance, decoration, cleaning, and general tidiness of the office and meeting room.
8. Make travel arrangements.
9. Provide good services to engineers: ticket, hotel and transportation reservation, etc.
10. Issue visa application, dispatch letter, invitation letter.
11. Admin guidance training to new employees and help on board process: account application, safety shoes and clothes, etc.
12. Engineer vehicle management.
Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree, Major in English
2. Fluent Verbal English
Position: Electrical Engineer, Intern
Major Responsibility:
(Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
1. Responsible for EPS Electrical Engineer
2. Support EPS production in Nexteer Suzhou
3. Documentation management for EPS electrical team
4. Communication with US for new CN Release and follow up
Experience:
(Note: Determine necessary related working experience for personnel to be competent)
1. Bachelor Major in Electronics
2. Team work and willing to work overtime
3. Good English in Oral/Read/Writing
4. Aggressive personality
Position: Prototype Engineer, Intern
Major Responsibility:
(Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
1. Assist Engineers to complete engineering samples package.
2. Issue Shipping Request, Gate Pass Certification and fill express form... for engineering samples shipment.
3. Responsible Suzhou PTC prototype samples shipment and tracking.
Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree, Major in Mechanical/ Automotive
2. Team work
3. Good English
4. At least 3 working days per week
Position: Test Engineer, Intern
Major Responsibility:
(Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
1. Perform validation tests and final analysis reports
2. Understand & follow Nexteer internal procedures per ISO/TS16949 standard.
3. Complete validation tests for new projects per project timeline and test plan.
4. Use CLMS reporting system and data analysis
5. Maintain 5S practice and safety practices in Test Lab
6. Create and maintain Test procedures and EL procedures
7. Support Product Engineering groups as well as providing plant support
8. Prepare and support test fixtures prior to start of testing.
9. Support maintenance and calibration to machine to make it ready for test.
10. Provide training to Lab Technicians
11. Provide oral & written communication to Lab Manager
12. Keep Lab Manager aware of any test issues or scheduling problems
13. Prepare procedure documentation;
14. Support machines/on site documentation;
Experience:
(Note: Determine necessary related working experience for personnel to be competent)
1.Engineering degree required, prefer Major in Mechanical/ automotive/ industry/ Quality engineering
2.CAD experience in UG, Catia, and AutoCad desireable.
