Main Responsibilities:
To achieve sale of personal banking products/services at pre-set targets;
To hand over customer relationship properly to their relationship managers after closing sales;
To provide excellent services to customers and ensure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction;
To participate actively in team building activities to share information/ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement;
To timely prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales status.
Job Requirements:
University degree or above(recognized by the state);
Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills;
Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure;
Presentable, outgoing and persuasive;
Good spoken and written English is preferable.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide efficient counter service
a) By performing skillfully, promptly and accurately for all counter transactions;
b) By providing the most appropriate solution based on individual needs;
c) By handling customers' enquiries professionally and solving their problems to their satisfaction
d) By ensuring service for HP customers constantly meets or exceeds the requirements set down in the HSBC Premier Service Protocol;
e) By allying with PRO/PRM to promote the one-to-one banking relationship with the HP customers.
f) By ensuring cash balancing during the day and day-end balancing
g) By helping customers to collect security items-Card/PIN over counter
Have strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell
a) To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Service Office/Representative or Banking Services Manager to support sales and promotion strategies.
b) To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific
Provide back office support
a) By performing document checking under different payment items to match with the local regulation, account maintenance for various account types and other required duties.
b) By ensuring all reports & returns either submitted to SAFE/local government or required internally are produced on a timely
c) By implementing strict control measures to ensure customer's account pack and instructions are sent to branch operations team with complete & accurate supporting documents by daily checker on daily basis for timely processing in accordance with SLA. (For daily checker only)
Report customer feedback and collect market intelligence
a) To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service.
Protect the bank's interest
a) To always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report duty to superior.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
a) Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
b) Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimising relations with regulators. Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Good command of oral English;
Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills;
Commitment to service and sales and willingness to work under a flexible timetable;

Position 3:Premier Relationship Assistant (PRA)客户经理助理
Main Responsibilities:
Help PRO to take care of the customer portfolios.
Handle back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating, issuing bank certificates, documents filing etc.
Serve visiting customers when the PRO is occupied and handle simple transactions for the customers.
Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
Answer incoming enquiry calls.
Follow up referrals from other sources.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
Good command of English.
Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
Self-motivated and teamwork.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
