    2. Respect our course curriculum, practice until completely master all the content, make sure you are able to present and explain the professional Mad Science concept of Science experiments and deliver our education value.
   
    3. Respect for every child and their ideas, respect their differences and accept their weaknesses, encouraged to share and to discover their potential, to ensure an explore atmosphere, guide and keep the children love of science.
   
    4. Familiar with and follow the related child protection law, no discriminatory or harm in class instruction or discourse of the child's self-esteem, have control of the class to provide high quality of enquiry-driven class experience.
   
    5. Respect for each team member and customer, pay attention to parents' needs and opinions, always thinking about how to improve our service to touch our parents and customers to create a pleasant working environment together.
   
    6. Maintain company core secrets like lesson plans, equipment etc, report the possible problems to the company timely to avoid the problem recurring
   
    7. Strictly follow the work flow, check all equipment and review programs before classes, arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, pick up children as required and ensure the classroom restorable after class to keep brand reputation.
   
    8. With excellent grooming and hygiene, always wear lab coat at school and be professional.
