Position: Backup Engineer

Functions:
l Know how to transfer machining technology from lead plant to subsidiary plant
l Implementation support of HRM (Hirschvogel Project Management) in terms of coaching, mentoring and training; consult all HPM related questions
l Technical support for series production in terms of optimization of existing process
l Support during calculation procedure
l Opportunity for job rotation in various functions (production, sales, product development, quality)
Qualifications:
l Bachelor''''s degree or above
l Major in Engineering, Mechanical Design, Material Processing or related
l Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skill is preferred
l Familiar with MS-Office
l Ability of project management
l Internship experience in metal processing or automotive industry is preferred
