工作职责

 

•          搜集、调查客户公司及其竞争对手、相关行业的相关信息

•          负责客户委托的招聘项目需求调研和职位分析，协助顾问开展人才搜寻，从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人，包括陌生电话寻访

•          收集潜在候选人的简历及详细联系信息

 

职位要求

 

•          良好的沟通能力和团队精神，头脑清晰、反应敏捷

•          良好的逻辑思维能力

•          有较好的解决问题的能力

•          有责任心，有耐心，能自我激励，并能在有压力的工作环境下工作

•          乐于在猎头招聘行业发展的优先考虑
