销售代表

 

Responsibilities: 

1.To identify the new business opportunities through effective sales process.  通过销售寻找新的商业机会  2.To handle rate inquiries from customers and overseas office  处理客户和海外公司的报价  3.To handle customer complain  处理客户投诉  4.To achieve sales target  完成销售目标  5.To ensure the existing customers are well taken care of  确保和现有客户的良好关系  6.To follow up and generate sales lead  跟进和开发新的销售资料 

Qualifications:  1.College degree or above  大专及以上销售资料  2.Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detailed oriented  良好的人际和沟通技巧、主动积极、目标明确  3.Good command of spoken and written English skills  良好的英文水平  4.Have computer knowledge  良好的电脑知识  5.Team player, Independent, Positive & Aggressive attitude.  具有团队建设、独立、积极进取态度  6.Obtain the certification awarded by CIFA or FIATA 、driving licence is top-priority  拥有CIFA、FIATA证书及驾驶执照优先
 

客户服务专员

 

Responsibilities:  Providing friendly and professional service to our customers  与公司客户保持良好的关系,为其提供优质服务和详尽的解答 

P/O follow-up of import and export business air & sea for assigned customers 

跟进指定客户的海空运的进出口业务 Answering customer inquiries 

答复客户需求 Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments 

与销售、操作、财务部门密切合作

Requirements:  College school Graduate 

大专及以上文化程度 Experience in logistics firm preferred 

具有物流专业经验 Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

良好的英语及粤语、普通话  Good communication & interpersonal skills 

良好的沟通及人际关系 Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude 

负责及积极的工作态度 Obtain the certification awarded by CIFA or FIATA 、driver license is top-priority

拥有CIFA或FIATA证书、驾驶执照优先
