工作内容
- 部门内部的采购：参与供应商的选定，合同的签订，以及商定执行细节；
- 部门内部的财务：使用SAP系统，活动前参与预算的申请，活动后执行对供应商的付款；
- 参与车展、经销商开业、赛道等活动的筹备与执行，并协助上级协调活动现场；
- 在以上市场活动中担任具体任务，通过独立思考和团队协作完成工作；
- 市场部资料和物料的日常维护；协助市场部的日常行政工作；
- 维护媒体关系，协助媒体发稿；
- 协助完成演讲稿、新闻稿以及商业文书的翻译工作；
- 负责公关市场材料（车型材料、新闻稿、活动图片视频、礼品）的整理与维护。

- 本科或研究生；
- 男生，形象气质良好；
- 踏实，办事仔细，能高效率并高质量地完成上级安排的任务；
- 具备较强的人际交往能力，参与公司组织的相关活动，能代表品牌与媒体建立联系；
- 极佳的英文和中文听说读写能力；
- 按时工作，每周5天，能坚持连续实习6个月。

薪资待遇

Job Description
- Assist department to make purchase request: choosing vendor, signing contracts, and discuss executive details.
- Assist department to finish financing affairs: Using SAP system to make purchase request, purchase order and goods payments.
- To assist activities such as Auto shows, dealer opening, and track days, get involved with these activities' preparation and conduction. And also you need to standby on the spot, coordinating with agency to make the activity proceed successfully.
- Able to work independently and within a team to finish assigned tasks in above mentioned marketing events.
- To take care of administration, document archive and storage maintain in marketing dept.
- Maintain relationship with media and assist media to press news.
- Assist to translate documents such as press release, speech draft and business agreement.
- Collect and maintain media resource such as cars information, news release, activities photos and videos, and souvenirs.
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate or Master.
- Male, has good temperament.
- We need a dependable person who has a careful mind, can finish his job with high efficiency and high quality.
- Need to be sociable and outgoing. Can attend company's activities and can set up relationship with media as a representative of Lamborghini brand.
- Excellent written and oral English and Chinese skill.
- Can work 5 days a week and can consecutive work 6 months.
