JOB DESCRIPTION职位描述:

1、          The IT  directs, manages, plans, administers the operational and administrative activities of Cessna JV located in Zhuhai;

2、          Responsible for all phases of the system development, testing, ongoing support for the client area's application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms and computing environments;

负责系统开发，测试，上线的所有阶段，支持在各种开发平台和计算环境的客户区应用系统

3、          Responsible for providing leadership in strategic use of applications across the business, ensuring quality development processes and delivery of client support throughout the applications' life cycle;

负责领导业务中应用的策略性运用，确保开发流程的质量，并在应用的使用周期内提供相应的客户支持

4、          Take the responsibility of IT related EHS requirements and standards.

承担IT相关的EHS要求和标准的职责

5、          Consults with functional management in the analysis of short and long range business requirements and recommends innovations which anticipate the future impact of changing business requirements, hardware and software on the client area(s) applications and systems.

咨询职能管理，分析短期和长期业务需求，推荐技术创新，预测未来的影响，如业务需求的改变，客户区应用和系统的软件和硬件

6、          Functions as a primary client contact responsible for fulfilling project requirements on a wide array of projects.

7、          Coordinates activities with IT leadership and outsource partner (e.g. data base, operations, telecommunications, technical support, etc.). Responsible for project planning, scheduling, status reporting and project budgets. Establishes and analyzes staffing requirements within guidelines.

8、          Technically knowledgeable to understand the issues faced in development and integration, balanced with knowledge of business processes and able to synthesize appropriate solutions for the business.

9、          Introduce appropriate new business solutions into the business consistent with TIS standards and strategies.

引入适当的新商务解决方案，与TIS标准和策略保持一致

10、       Establish systems deployment action plans that meet the business priorities and projects for the IT .

建立系统部署方案计划，使之符合IT的业务优先次序和项目

11、       Accountable for results consistent with the company business, financial and client objectives including budget preparation and management.

对其结果负责，结果需与公司业务、财务目标、客户目标，还有预算准备和管理保持一致

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 证书/教育/特殊要求：

Education教育：

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

学士学位或同等工作经验

 Related working experience 相关工作经验：

1、 Current on information technology capabilities as a result of actual experience or knowledge of trends.

目前在IT行业对流行趋势有实际认知

2、 Proven track record with strong analytical ability.

可靠的工作业绩，优秀的分析能力

3、 Ability to speak to business and technical people comfortably.

能与商业人员和技术人员交流自如

4、 Experience in using and deploying MRP or ERP computing systems.

有使用和开发MRP或ERP计算系统的经验

5、 Training in systems analysis, project management, user relations, software evaluation.

6、 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7、 Positive business acumen and familiarity with modern business and systems trends.

1、 Experience in technical design and writing design specs.

2、 Previous in depth ERP knowledge, with SAP experience a plus.

4、 Experience in matrix managed organization a plus.

5、 Strong skills and exposure to common manufacturing applications in modern manufacturing operations both Automotive and Commercial settings, especially with EDI experience.
