What are my responsibilities?
- Support the head of department in carrying out management and daily administration work, including secretarial duties and assisting the manager to implement the company and department processes.
- Provide secretarial support, including arranging schedules and meetings, taking minutes, prepare reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, distribute minutes etc.
- Input and maintain service data warehousing.
- Circulate the company and department process within the team and tracking the implementation situation
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 2 years working experience in administrative field. A degree in business administration or relevant major.
- The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Chinese and English
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as excel, PPT and soft wares.
- Having a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the operation system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates
