工作职责:
1、审核及编辑MIUI外语版本;
2、跟进MIUI新增、优化功能的翻译;
3、与MIUI国际部合作对MIUI功能进行本土化;
4、测试MIUI外语版本功能;
工作要求:
1、外语(泰语,印尼语,活菲律宾语)编辑语母语者;
2、工作上能用中文或英文沟通;
3、较为熟悉小米的产品;
4、有使用过谷歌Android手机的经验;
Preferred qualifications
1、了解XML格式和写法;
2、了解Android系统的写作风格;
3、有使用过XML编辑软件的经验
工作时间:
1、每周20个小时,3天在小米上地总部,时间具体安排可谈

Responsibilities:
? Review and edit MIUI (Android) translations.
? Translate new features for MIUI (Android).
? Work closely with Xiaomi's translation team to ensure localization quality.
? Beta test MIUI (Android) builds.
? Fixing translation bugs
? Working with MIUI developers to create specific terminology for new features and products
? Recording and responding to user feedback
Qualifications:
? Must speak and write target language (Thai, Indian, Turkish, Russian, South American Spanish) fluently and idiomatically.
? Spoken and written working fluency in English or Chinese.
? Experience using Android.
Preferred qualifications:
? Familiar with XML format and syntax.
?Familiar with Android language standards and voice

User Interaction Specialist, Xiaomi Taiwan
Summary:
Xiaomi Global’s User Interaction team is all about focusing on the fans. You actively engage and support global fans through social networks and Internet forums. You have detailed knowledge of our constantly evolving products and services to ensure that user feedback flows to the Product and Service teams and fuels improvement and innovation. In this highly cross-functional role, you are the voice of our fans and problem-solve with the Product, Engineering, Customer Service, After-sales Service and Marketing teams. You process suggestions, bugs, abuse and other product and service information to ensure we are constantly improving the overall Xiaomi experience.
Responsibilities:
? Represent Xiaomi by building healthy relationships with fans to resolve issues, educate and evangelize our products and services
? Own the relationships between Xiaomi products and our fans; guide power users and influencers to represent Xiaomi through relationships, sharing and problem-solving
? Drive user interaction strategies to ensure social network/forum health and users’ questions/feedback receive quality, timely answers
? Own, understand and report on community health and success. Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into user needs
? Lead new innovations in community programs, including process improvements, best practice sharing and measuring and driving community health
Qualifications:
? Being a Mi fan is a must!
? Native Chinese speaker, fluent in spoken and written English
? An avid user of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine)
? University graduate; 1 years community manager or online user-to-user experience is preferred
? Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Strong judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations
? Knowledge of Xiaomi products, the Internet and social media
? Entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person" and very creative, outgoing, likeable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others
