Responsibilities:
- Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, etc.
- Employee personal-file management, timely update to fully comply with compliance and completeness requirements
- HR database (Oracle) management, timely update to ensure high data quality to fulfill defined scorecard requirements
- Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job
- Assist in interview arrangement and documentation preparation
- Provide support on employee relationship activities
- Other HR related support if needed
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good sense of internal customer's service
- Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to organize schedules professionally within deadlines
- High level of skill in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Confident, energetic, independent and well organized
- Excellent in verbal and written English
