THALES CETC Avionics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company established by CETCA and THALES on the basis of consensus on establishment of equal and win-win strategic partnership. The Company is established to create competitive IFE system for single-aisle aircrafts, generate returns for shareholders’ investment and simultaneously enhance economic cooperation and technical exchange among France, US and China. The Company takes the opportunity of C919 Program in China to provide systems and products to support THALES’ global aircraft manufacturers and airline customers. It builds its R&D and production base in Avionics Industry Park, West High-tech District, Chengdu and devotes itself to become a global excellence center of IFE system R&D, production and maintenance of single-aisle aircrafts.
 
The joint venture received its official registration from the Chinese authorities on Feb 5, 2013 and its business operations were formally launched on May 9, 2013 with the opening of the new facility on that day in Chengdu.
 
中电科泰雷兹航空电子有限公司是由中电科航空电子有限公司(CETCA)与法国泰雷兹公司(THALES)就建立平等、共赢的战略合作伙伴关系达成共识的基础上成立的合资企业。公司成立的主要宗旨是为单通道飞机打造富有竞争力的机载娱乐系统,在为股东的投资创造回报的同时增进中法美之间的经济合作和技术交流。公司以中国C919大飞机项目为契机,同时提供系统和产品支持THALES全球的飞机制造商和航空公司客户。公司在成都高新西区航电产业园建立研发和生产基地,致力于将公司建设成为单通道飞机机载娱乐系统研发、生产及维修的全球卓越中心。
 
中电科泰雷兹航空电子有限公司于201325日正式获得成都工商行政部门颁发的营业执照,并且于201359日正式开业运营。

行政工作:
  1. Receive phone calls at the central desk,
负责公司前台电话接听;
  1. Express and greet visitors,
负责公司参观接待;
  1. Meeting room management,
负责公司会议室管理安排;
  1. Manage new hires on board process of administrative, including employees’ identity cards preparation, doorplate, business card, etc,
负责新入职员工行政支持工作,包括员工工作证制作,职位牌及名片等制作;
  1. Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries and bookings, including necessary visas and documentation for international travels,
负责安排公司员工的国内国际差旅,针对国际差旅协助申请Visa;
  1. To support for local staff and expatriates' needs including lunch, housing, etc.
负责公司外派人员及员工的住宿,就餐等;
  1. Coordinate and arrange company’s car and make relevant records,
协调安排公司车辆及做好相关记录;
  1. Office facility routine preventive maintain management to ensure facilities operated in normal conditions.
公司办公家具的维修维护;
  1. Coordinate with office suppliers to arrange stationary, courier, name card, plant, coffee, etc…
负责公司办公用品,植物租摆及茶水间咖啡准备等;
  1. Work with cleaners to maintain a neat and tidy office environment,
监督保洁人员保持干净整洁的办公环境;
  1. Cross check and apply payments for office suppliers including company mobile, car expense, express mail, etc…
负责检查和申请公司行政费用支付;
  1. Coordinate and arrange company activities like annual party etc.
协助公司活动开展;
  1. Other related Admin works assigned.
其他行政相关公司。
 
In addition, this position can extend to Executive Assistant with the following tasks:
同时,该岗位需要延伸为总经理助理工作:
  1. Organize meetings, luncheons and maintain calendar for the CEO/DCEO,
负责为CEO/DCEO组织会议,安排午餐,及做好日程管理;
  1. Take notes and meeting minutes for the CEO/DCEO,
负责为CEO/DCEO做好会议纪要;
  1. Create expense reports for CEO/DCEO; audit expense reports before CEO approval,
为CEO/DCEO做好费用报销;
  1. Investigate, research, and gather data for highly sensitive presentations and reports,
为准备相应报告做好数据的调查收集;
  1. Answer/screen telephone calls and relay accurate and timely messages,
做好电话接听及及时传递;
  1. Assist the CEO/DCEO with clerical projects,
协助CEO/DCEO处理相应文秘工作。
 
Qualification:
任职资格;
1. Work well under pressure, juggle various tasks and work efficiently against deadlines,
  能够承受一定的工作压力,并且在多任务下按时高效完成工作;
2. Show discretion when working or handling confidential information,
  工作中严格职守保密协议规定;
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook),
  熟练应用office办公软件;
4. Display excellent writing, proofreading and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English,
  精通英语;
5. Collaborate work style and the ability to deal with a wide range of personalities,
  良好的个人素质,团队合作精神;
6. Bachelor’ degree or above, major in English is preferred.
  本科及以上学历,英语专业优先。
