    诺尔起重设备（中国）有限公司，是一家专业制造港口装卸设备的中外合资企业，其产品主要包括各种规格的岸边集装箱起重机（STS）、轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机（RTG）、轨道式集装箱龙门起重机（RMG）、正面吊（RS）和空箱堆高机（ECHL）等。
　　Noell Crane Systems (China) Ltd. as a Joint-Venture company, specializing in the manufacture of
Port Equipment, with the main products including Ship to Shore Container Gantry Crane (STS); Rubber
Tyred Gantry Crane (RTG); Rail Mounted Yard Gantry Crane (RMG); Loaded Container Handling Reach Stacker
(RS) and Empty Container Handling Liftruck (ECHL).

岗位职责：
    1.依据公司安全、健康、环保（HSE）政策和国家法律，与EHS成员一起建立和维护一套完善的HSE管理系统，并且跟踪执行所有程序和流程。
    2.实施或配合落实对员工和承包商人员的HSE培训，以确保符合公司政策和国家法律法规要求，提高员工和承包商人员的安全意识和技能。
    3.熟悉HSE工作方式和安全程序，实施现场的日常HSE检查和及时制止或者报告识别的危险，提交检查报告。
    4.配合HSE成员接待政府或者相关方的外部检查、评审和参加有关安全会议，记录会议纪要和有关要求。
    5.参与产品本地化项目以及事故调查分析，跟踪整改措施落实

Job responsibilities
1.According to corporation HSE policies and national laws, cooperate with HSE members to establish and maintain a good EHS management system, and follows up the implementation of all HSE programs and procedures.
2.Conducts/coordinate HSE training to all employees and sub-contractor’s personnel, so as to ensure the compliance with HSE policies, related rules and regulations, and improve all employees and contractor’ssafety awareness and skill.
3.Know well with HSE work practices and safety procedures, implement onsite HSE routine inspection and control or report identified high risk hazards, submit the inspection report.
4.Cooperate with HSE members to receive HSE relative l government inspection and external audit, and attend HSE meeting, record the meeting minutes and requirements.
5.Participate in the emergency response for accident/near miss and the investigation, analysis and tracking the correction actions.

任职要求
    1.本科，安全工程，或者环境工程机械专业、相关专业等。
    2.1-2年的的EHS工作经验优先考虑（本岗位也可接受优秀毕业生）
    3.熟悉中国的EHS相关法律法规。
    4.良好的英文技能，尤其是书写方面。
    5.有较强的沟通交流能力，和认真负责的态度，主动积极。
    6.熟练使用微软办公软件

Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree in safety, or environment, engineering and equivalent.
2.1~2 years EHS related working experience is preferred.
3.Be familiar with China EH＆S laws and regulations.
4.Good English skills are required. Esp. in written skills.
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, responsible for work and initiative and self-motivated.
6.Good at Microsoft office software.
