Report to Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
 Sourcing candidates across industries via means of the company database, external job boards, headhunting and mapping exercises.
 Database Management, Ensure candidate and client details are fully accurate and up to date on database
 Work with Management to develop the knowledge, skills and experience to enable career move to next role
 Market sector information gathering
 Identify, target and qualify potential candidates
 Prepare and deliver effective head-hunting presentations
 Interviewing and presenting candidates，finish the candidate report
 Work with Management to develop the knowledge, skills and experience to enable career move to next role
Requirements:
 Prefer candidates with intern working experience as a Researcher in a recruitment/research/Consulting firm, however open to high calibers from the related industries with Sales/Marketing background.
 Will consider fresh graduates for this role if they are able to demonstrate that he/she has the following skill sets, traits and the determination to succeed.
 Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.
 Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 Excellent communication skills and written skills.
 Positive work attitude， can work under pressure.
 Outgoing, ambitious, creative, hardworking character.
 Motivated by high earning potential and to be part of the entrepreneurial team!
