Basic Requirements:

University Student who graduates in June/July 2014 (Master degree preferred), or students graduated no more than 3 years and searching for new job opportunities.

Very fluent oral and written English, German Language is preferred.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; excellent use of Outlook.

Detail-oriented, conscientious and efficient, proactive/initiative way of doing things

Team Player

Major Responsibilities:

 

Ad-hoc tasks from the team leader, continuous support to help him with business travel plan, business meetings schedule, organizing and structuring team meetings and workshops.

Provide comprehensive support to Retail Coaching and Consulting team and Projects;

Communicate and coordinate with internal and external project partners;

Check, monitor and prepare project related files;

Highly involved in the expense monitoring process for the whole team, such as Forecast, Cost Estimation etc.

Complete the tasks related to team and team members accordingly.

Working Time: 8:30 to 17:30
