奥钢联型材（中国）有限公司，坐落于苏州工业园区。公司主要设计和生产冷弯异型管材，并对异型管材进行一系列的后续处理，如折弯、定长切割、3D激光切割、等离子切割….

Technical description/工作职责:

·         Capable to run the line  (= the driver):

o    Set-up of the line

§  Steel strip material

§  Strip leveler according parameters defined by the process engineer

§  Strip welding parameters

§  tooling

§  HF welding

§  Calilbration

§  Cut-off device

o    Start-up of all relevant functions of the line

o    Run the line

o    Dis-assembly of all tooling and preparation to next set-up

·         Capable to run the line requires full known how of all computer supported and controlled process parameters

·         Transform the written instructions into real life happening, execution of all actions to start-up, run, and stop the line

·         Performs the quality inspections and checks according control plans, …

·         Train operators

o    operations

o    Bundling and packing of tubes and sections

o    Coil strip handling

·         Manage a small team of operators and logistic aids

·         Execution of preventive maintenance jobs

Education level and skills/任职资格:

• Mechanical Engineer, minimum bachelor degree, high knowhow level of metal forming applications (both theoretical as practical experience).

机械专业，本科以上学历，掌握材料成型知识

• Practic      al skills for driving and operatoring high level technical equipment

操作过精密机械设备的候选人优先考虑

• Good notices of English良好的英语水平

• High sense for accuracy and details注重细节和精度
• Creative mind创新思维
• Problem solving capabilities具有处理问题的能力
