●热爱国际传播事业，具有较高的政治和文化素养。

l Passed the English language test TEM8 (or equivalent), with a native level of spoken English.
l An undergraduate degree or above, with priority to English major students and applicants with experience of studying abroad.
l A professional standard of appearance and manner.
l A strong stage presence and ability to take control of a situation.
l A love of international broadcasting and communication, with a high political and cultural awareness.
