For our Industry Sector in Suzhou,we are
looking for a SCTP 西门子商务培训生 (2014毕业).
What are my responsibilities?
Take part in commercial training program
during 1st year of employment:
1).
The trainee should complete the theory study by attending 4 workshops,
including: Introduction, Sales, Production, Accounting/Controlling, and
complete practical training phases study by taking 3 different assignment with
Sales, Production and Corporate function;
2).
During practice training, the trainee should pro-actively follow up with
the program coach and further colleagues named
by the coach in order to obtain all information and specific know-how
listed in each learning target manuals, and fulfill relevant practical tasks
assigned by the coach, deliver the assignment result on a timely basis.
3). The trainee will be evaluated through a
final exam/interview by the hiring manager at the training program end. The
trainee's graduation is subject to the final exam result, together with
previous exams and evaluation.2. After successful program graduation the
trainee starts professional career as a
Commercial Officer, and becomes a key player in commercial function in Siemens.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Majored in
Accounting or Finance with at least bachelor degree of TOP university
1. fluent in verbal and written English
2. good communication skills
3. highly detail oriented
4. good team work attitude
5. excellent academic performance
