一、任职条件：
1． 学历水平：211或985院校全日制硕士及以上学历，财经类、理工科类专业。数理金融专业硕士或有海外学习背景者优先考虑；
2． 工作经验：熟悉证券市场业务，对证券市场有一定的认识和把握。有证券从业经历或有交易执行工作经验者优先考虑；
3． 资格技能：具有证券交易从业资格；有良好的英语水平（六级及以上），能熟练应用英语进行工作；
4． 实习要求：6个月，无薪；
5． 客户服务为导向，服务意识强；
6． 耐心细致，积极上进，有较强责任感和心理承受力；
7． 思路清晰，反应灵敏，执行力强；
8． 具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的组织、协调、沟通能力。
Internship Requirements:
•Master degree or above, preference for Mathematical Finance related major in “211” or “985” university. Overseas study experience will be a plus.
• Good market sense and in-depth knowledge in domestic capital market, Finance background would be favorable as would financial field work experience/qualifications. Previous experience in trading would be valuable.
• Effective communicator with excellent English ability written and spoken, able to communicate with foreign based clients clearly and effectively.
• Internship will last for 6 months with no pay.
• License of securities trading.
• Customer-oriented mentality, understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation.
• Detail-oriented, hard working, proactive personality, able to work under pressure.
• Quick-minded and quick-handed.
• A good team player, communicator, coordinator.
