JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *1. Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes. *2. Assists the organizational team with various projects or special tasks as needed. *3. Assists in preparing reports, typing documents, filing, and answering questions regarding processes and procedures. *4. May schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries. *5. Performs other duties as directed. Higher Secondary Education. One-year clerical experience. Bi-lingual (verbal and written) in English. |
