                Product supervision Internship Jobs Description

Chinasavvy Manufacturing Company (“Chinasavvy”) is seeking two interns to begin work in Guangzhou shortly.

Background:

Chinasavvy is a British owned and managed company serving customers in the US, UK, Australia and other countries. Chinasavvy designs, develops and sub-contract manufactures engineering orientated products and parts for these customers.

Recently Chinasavvy has started to develop products for itself two market segments:

1.    In the mining safety market and

2.    In the swimming pool leisure market.

Products currently design or in the process of development are unique:

1.    Totally innovative products

2.    Use of state-of-the-art technologies

3.    Covered by patent applications

4.    Completely in-house development facilities for both mechanical and electronic capabilities

The role of the Product Supervisor Interns

The intern will be mainly responsible for market and marketing research; coordination between management, marketing and development departments and will report to the Managing Director.

The interns’ duties shall include the following:

1.    Coordinate the communications between different departments relating to the two projects.

2.    Take minutes and distribute them to all related parties

3.    Undertake online research for:

a.    International markets

b.    International distributors

c.    Advertising and publish opportunities

d.    Distribution networks

4.    Liaise with:

a.    International distributors

b.    Graphic designers and packaging suppliers

c.    Advertising and publicity agents

5.    Assist with preparation of budgets

The successful candidates

The successful candidates should possess excellent written and spoken English language skills and should ideally possess, and be able to demonstrate, the following:

1.    Have at least one years working experience

2.    Have a good overall knowledge of business and marketing

3.    Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Photoshop

4.    Be able to work independently

5.    Be self-motivated, sociable and possess the confidence to deal with other staff and outside business people

6.    Be enthusiastic and outgoing with excellent phone and face-to-face manners

7.    Be well organized and systematic and be willing to share a workload that does not fall directly under their job description

Outstanding interns who can prove exceptional skills described above may be offered permanent salaried employment after six months.

产品监督实习生的工作内容：

1.    协调与两个项目相关的不同部门之间的沟通

2.    总结并发布会议记录

3.    进行在线调研

5.    协助预算准备

成功候选人

成功的候选人应该具备优秀的英语书面和口语能力，并应具备以下条件：

1.    至少一年以上工作经验

2.    具备良好的业务和市场知识

3.    熟练操作Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Photoshop软件

4.    能独立工作

5.    自我激励，善于交际，并能较好地处理与同事以及业务伙伴的关系

6.    热情而开朗且具备优秀的电话和面谈技巧

7.    工作有条理、愿意接受更多工作范围以外的工作
