What we are looking for:我们正在寻找：

Young Engineer, motivated to work in a growing team.年轻工程师，积极进取，乐于在成长型团队工作。

Able to read and understand a technical mechanical drawing, technical specs, customer standard for mechanical industrial parts.识别理解机械工业产品的机械技术图，技术要求和客户标准。

Want to spend most of his/she’s working time in the factory, cooperating with production team.愿意和生产团队合作，在车间度过大部门的工作时间。

English not mandatory, but warmly welcome英语非硬性要求，热情欢迎（非）英语人士。

Opened positions:公开招募：

1) Assistant engineer, in this case need people able to work with common CAD software工程师助理，能操作常用CAD软件

2) Quality Engineer, in this case people should be familiar with common ISO/TS international standards质量工程师，熟悉常见ISO/TS国际标准

3) Kaizen Engineer, in this case person should be familiar with Kaizen activities, SMED, LEAN MANUFACTURING principles.精益工程师，熟悉改善活动，SMED，精益生产原则。

JD will be developed according final department of destination, but for all positions there will be a 3 to 6 months period of “on site” training, where people will be assigned to one department (Engineering or Quality) but will spend MOST OF THE TIME working very close to Production team. This is not an office work, we are looking for proactive and motivated young engineer who love to be member of a team and like to spend time in production plant to fully understand and improve the production process.工作职责说明由最终的部门去向决定。所有职位都有为期3-6个月的“现场”培训，候选人将会被分配到某一部门（工程部或者品质部），其绝大部门工作时间将与生产团队密切相关。

该岗位不针对办公室设立。我们搜寻积极主动、自我激励的年轻工程师，他们热爱团队，他们愿意在工厂里花时间去充分了解并改善生产工艺。
