-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Application specialist

 

Goals/Mission:

-Provide SSME product application support, promote SSME application to a higher level

-Feedback customers' suggestions and advices to SSME R&D projects

-Support SSME CS Training Center

-Meet SSME R&D needs from clinical support function

-SSME marketing support to SLC Med

 

Working Partners/Contacts:

-Internal contact: SSME CT, AX, CV R&D team, CS Training Center Team

-External contact: SLC marketing team, Siemens Healthcare customers

 

What are my responsibilities?

-Application support to implement external and internal application training-Hospital clinical collaboration to support R&D projects

-Customer feedback collection

-Customer satisfaction survey

-Document verification to ensure professional Chinese translation

-Support customer factory visit

-Instructor of product application courses in SSME training center

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education:

-Clinical Medicine or Medical Imaging background

-Bachelor or above degree

Knowledge/Languages:

-Medical and radiological background

-Communication Skill

-English: very good

Experience:

-At least 2 years work experience on medical imaging devices. One year experience on application related work
